In a bid to give back to society, MMC Convert has joined hands with Aid-On – a social enterprise that connects causes and non-government organizations with corporate funders. MMC Convert has never shied away from doing its bit through several causes especially focussing on women’s financial literacy offline. However, this is the first time that the company has tied up with an online partner that will help involve clients to share the cause.
Aid-On is a social enterprise that works like a liaison partner between NGOs, companies and their customers (end-donors). That way, corporate bodies and companies are easily able to find causes they care most about while NGOs in those fields are able to aid themselves through donations.
MMC Convert has invited its clients and customers to directly connect with a social cause through purchasing any of its products and services. At the time of checkout on the MMC Convert website, customers will get an option to donate a certain amount to Aid-on, if they are willing to help or work for a social cause.
Speaking about this partnership, MMC Convert Co-founder Shanu Mehta said, “We have been donating and connecting with NGOs and causes in the past. But for the first time, we got a chance to involve our loyal customers as well towards some life-changing campaigns and causes. Aid-On provided us with the perfect platform and tools to involve our clients in just a click of a mouse.”
Aid-On Founder Ketan Bhandari shared, “We focus on e-commerce companies selling their products/services online e.g. banking, apparels, hotels, ticketing, IT etc. We partner with companies who have a social mission hence are willing to create positive social impact. We spend both high quality and huge quantities of time in selecting the NGOs. Along with their history, we look for honest impact and innovative ideas. Apart from this, complete due diligence is done before partnering with NGOs. We build a full profile of an NGO on our website to give the most genuine options to company partners.”
MMC Convert believes that when everybody joins hands to help some NGOs doing good work, we can contribute immensely towards the growth of a healthier happier society.
